Everyone is Welcome to Attend the Picnic with their family, please complete this form if you are planning to attend.
The K of C will be providing either 1 Hot Dog or 1 Hamburger and drink per person.
Food will be Served 12:30 pm. to 2:30 pm.
We are asking families to bring a Dessert or Side Dish to share, please indicate what dish you will be bringing below. Please include an list of ingredients for possible allergies.
If you are unable to bring a dish to share you are still welcome to come.
Games, music and entertainment will be provided. Come join us for a fun afternoon!
